What the package covers
Seven stages. One programme. Cubicles, slurry kit and grain dryers stay with the people who supply them. The building does not.

Payment follows the programme. The price is one contract, invoiced as each stage completes: after the price is accepted, then slab, frame, envelope and handover. You are not left to hire a second contractor for the concrete.
