What the package covers
A commercial unit is not a beam dropped into someone else’s shell. The stages below are the contract.

Payment follows the programme. The price is one contract, invoiced as each stage completes: after the price is accepted, then slab, frame, envelope and handover. You are not left to hire a second contractor for the concrete.
